The teams which finish eighth and ninth position in Premier Netball 1 will contest a play-off together with the teams which finish in second and third places in Premier Netball 2.  Each team will play the others once, the two teams with the best results will participate in Premier Netball 1 in the following season:  the remaining two teams will participate in Premier Netball 2.

Team Bath Toucans and Falcons Black will participate in Premier 1 for next season, and Dextro Blades and Tongham Tornadoes will participate in Premier 2 for 2008-2009.
