ONLINE TRAINING IS FOR GENERAL AWARENESS - THIS DOES NOT MEET CAPS & UKCC LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3 REQUIREMENTS

This training is aimed at everyone who works with or has contact with children. It is an excellent starting point for people who may be considering a safeguarding role in their club, or for existing committee members such as the chair or secretary who may not necessarily come into regular or supervisory contact with their junior members.

This training covers attitudes to safeguarding issues, information on potential signs and indicators of abuse, good practice for coaches and staff and how to respond if you are concerned for a child or young person. It is a great way to reinforce a positive safeguarding message throughout your whole club.

There are 6 sections to work through and each must be completed and understood before you can continue to the next section. The registration process is simple and you can leave the training and come back to it at any time that suits you.

On completion of the course, your details are sent to England Netball for our records, you will also be able to print off a certificate of confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE THIS TRAINING DOES NOT NEGATE THE NEED FOR WORKSHOP STYLE DELIVERED TRAINING - IT IS GENERAL AWARENESS / GOOD PRACTICE ONLY.

Please Note: This online training is not accepted for UKCC qualifications
