High 5 training is currently being organised locally until our new High 5 Workshop is available. Please contact your Regional Office who will be able to tell you of any High 5 awareness training that they may be able to provide in this interim period.
There are also lots of great resources to download in the Resources and Downloads section including the rules, rotation sheets and centre pass marker sheets, which are all FREE to download.
There are also a number of Coach Workshops which are aimed at coaches and teachers who are currently coaching netball and want to improve their knowledge. Each course comes with a comprehensive resource and concentrates on a different part of the game, i.e. attacking, defending, shooting.
