What they say: “We have lost a few players to retirement, injury and pregnancy and our aim is to achieve a mid-table finish and do as well as we can. The season will be about developing the youngsters coming into the side and consolidating our mid-table status. Pre-season has been disrupted a little by holidays but the last couple of weeks have been really good and we are looking forward to the season, with confidence very high.”

Prediction: A potentially tricky season lies ahead for Oaksway with the team having an extremely youthful feel to it. If the enthusiasm and potential come together then a mid-table finish is a possibility; however, if the lack of experience has a negative impact, Oaksway could be in for a long and arduous campaign.
