Last season: 6th place, Premier League 1
Based: University of Bath Sports Training Village, Bath
Key Player: Asha Tett
One to Watch: Amy Stoddard
What they say: “We’ve got some experienced players in our squad again this season like Asha Tett and Amanda Trounce, but also some talented young players such as Amy Stoddard, who will be playing at this level for the first time. Playing in Premier 1 will help them all to develop their game within the netball set-up at the University of Bath. TeamBathm has an outstanding track record of developing young players and helping them achieve their full potential, with many of our players going on to play Superleague and international netball. As a squad we’re looking to build on last year’s performances and I’m sure Premier 1 will be very competitive again this season.”

Prediction: TeamBath will be looking to improve on a slightly disappointing 6th position from last season and with the ice cool Tett returning from the World Champs in good shape and some fresh youngsters raring to go, there may well be an improvement. The title may be a step too far but a top three finish is there for the taking.
