12 teams set for Premier League Play-Offs

12 teams will take to the court to battle for three places in the 2025-26 Premier League 3 season as the Premier League Play-Offs take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 April.

Held in Worcester, the Play-Offs will provide an opportunity for the three bottom sides from this season’s third division to face nine regional winners. Both days of the competition will be available to livestream with Joymo, costing £7.99 for an all-access pass. Head to englandnetball.tv to watch.

The three bottom placed sides from this season’s third division, Hatfield, BSV Billericay and Leyton, who finished in eighth, ninth and tenth positions respectively, will be looking to maintain their Premier League 3 status, whilst the regional winners will be fighting for a promotion into the Premier League.

The nine regional winners who will be out to earn a spot in Premier League 3 are:

  • Hertford Hornets Blue – East regional winner
  • Hinckley Hurricanes – East Midlands regional winner
  • Hyde Park – London & South East regional winner
  • Riverside NC – North East regional winner
  • Deeside NC – North West regional winner
  • Sussex NRG Tigers – South regional winner
  • Team Jets – South West regional winner
  • Barr Beacon – West Midlands regional winner
  • YMCA Magic – Yorkshire & Humberside regional winner

Team Jets, coached by former Vitality Rose Serena Kersten (née Guthrie), are one of four teams who missed out on a Premier League place at last year’s Play-Offs who will get the chance to try again this year. They join Hyde Park, Riverside and Deeside who all competed in last year’s Play-Offs with another opportunity to enter the Premier League this year.

2025 also marks Leyton and Hatfield’s second consecutive year competing in the Play-Offs after both teams were successful in gaining a Premier League 3 spot after last year’s Play-Offs. Meanwhile, YMCA Magic have reached the Premier League Play-Offs for the first time in the club’s history.

Gilbert will be the official ball supplier for the tournament, and other England Netball partners will be in attendance across the weekend, with Physique providing a team sports aid kit for the winning teams who are successful in earning a spot in the Premier League, as well prizes for each player on these winning teams.

The action gets underway on Saturday 26 April in Worcester and will continue across the weekend.
