You can join a club directory by following the guidance here. (Please note, joining a club’s directory is not the same as joining a club’s membership, although the former does precede the latter).

You can join a county directory by following the guidance here. (Please note, joining a club’s directory is not the same as joining a club’s membership, although the former does precede the latter).

We take data privacy seriously. The ENgage system is designed to effectively facilitate your netball participation. The system is used by England Netball, clubs, counties, regions and leagues to manage the data of individuals involved in their delivery and the parents of these individuals where applicable. If you join a club’s database, your record can be seen by certain committee members at 1) the club 2) the club’s County Netball Association (or Associations) 3) the club’s Regional Management Board (or Boards) and 4) England Netball, all for the purpose of netball administration. If your team joins a league, your record will also be available to certain committee members of the league, again for the purpose of netball administration. What this means is if you would like to join a new netball club, you will need to link your account to the club within ENgage, to make your record visible to them. Please view the guidance here. (Note: joining a club on ENgage is not the same as becoming a member of the club, although the former does precede the latter). You can view our full data privacy policy here.

This may be due to one of the following factors.

Firstly, ENgage functionality is designed for use on computers and laptop devices. Therefore, please refrain from using ENgage on a mobile phone or tablet device.

Secondly, the use of ENgage is only supported on the following internet browsers:

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • Safari
  • Edge

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, so please use an alternative browser.

Firstly, when entering your ENA ID, make sure you don’t include any zeros as a prefix and don’t forget to check your junk and spam folders! If you have now found the email but the password re-set link has expired, click here for another one to be triggered!

If you still cant find the email, it sounds like the email address under your ENgage account has a typo. Please request that your club admin* intervenes by finding the ‘password reset’ link in ENgage and sharing it with you, by following this guidance.

*If you have not been a member before or your club has disbanded, please contact us with your ENA ID, full name, date of birth, address and postcode, so that one of our customer service team can help!
