The nine regional league winners along with the bottom three teams from Premier League 3 take part in the Premier League Play-Offs to decide who will compete in Premier League 3 the following season.
The Premier League Play-Offs will take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 April 2025 and will be available to livestream with Joymo, head to englandnetball.tv to watch.
