Managing your Region on ENgage

ENgage is our online netball management system that will save you time administering your region. You’ll be able to quickly check player’s membership validity, view who has purchased your region membership plus much more!

If you need any help along the way, please check out our FAQs, below!
  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your region’s name
  3. Click ‘Members’
  4. Select ‘Membership List’ on the left-hand side menu
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  7. Select ‘Active’
  8. Click ‘Apply’

This will provide a full list of those that have purchased a membership directly with your region, as opposed to individuals who have purchased your regions membership through a club or a county.

To view who has purchased your region’s membership, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to Engage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your region’s name
  3. Select ‘People’
  4. Click ‘Everyone’ from the menu on the left-hand side
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  7. Select ‘EN Member’
  8. From the dropdown, select ‘Equals’
  9. From the dropdown, select ‘Active
  10. Click ‘Apply’

This will provide a full list of all that have purchased your region’s membership, regardless of which organisation it is through.

Firstly, only committee roles that have access to the ‘People’ section of ENgage can retrieve this information from ENgage. To view regional committee role access levels, click here.

A committee member with the appropriate role then needs to follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your region’s name
  3. Click ‘People’
  4. Select ‘Everyone’ on the left-hand side menu
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  7. Select ‘Role’
  8. From the dropdown, select ‘Player’
  9. Click ‘Apply’
  10. Select the grey tick in the grid header
  11. Click ‘Select All’
  12. Select ‘Export’
  13. Un-tick or tick the information that you want within the report
  14. Click ‘Run Export’

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your region’s name
  3. Click ‘Organisation Profile’
  4. Select ‘Relationships’ on the left-hand side menu
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  7. Select ‘Status’
  8. From the dropdown, select ‘Active’
  9. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  10. Select ‘Organisation Type’
  11. From the dropdown, select ‘Club’
  12. Click ‘Apply’

All of the active England Netball clubs that hold your region as their primary region, will be listed.

Our new document download feature means that you can upload a document, that will automatically cascade to all committee roles that are associated with your organisation i.e. an associated club can see your documents.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your region’s name
  3. Click ‘Organisation Profile’
  4. Select ‘Document Downloads’
  5. Click ‘New’
  6. In the document reference field, enter a title for the file
  7. Click ‘Select’
  8. Double click on the wanted file
  9. Select ‘Upload’
