Traditional 7-A-Side Netball

Traditional 7-A-Side Netball Is played by over 155,000 women every week and is the only female team sport to be given weekly TV coverage by Sky Sports.

Thousands of people tune in each Monday evening to watch the Vitality Netball Superleague live and experience the best domestic version of the game our country has to offer.

Introduced to most of us at school age, traditional 7-a-side netball has some of the highest participation rates in the whole country. All age ranges and levels of ability are catered for with traditional netball – from primary school children, to people playing in local leagues plus returning players through to regional or premier league right up to elite international athletes – anyone can play the game at the level that suits them.
