Bio

Inspired by watching Netball Super League franchise Manchester Thunder from an early age, Berri Neil worked her way onto their pathway before being elevated to the senior squad in 2021.

Before stepping up into the senior ranks at Thunder, Neil rose through the age groups at Oldham Netball Club, starting out at just 10 years old.

Her performances in the north west earned her a move to London Pulse where she continued to excel. She was named Young Player of the Season in 2023 as her team finished as runners-up in the Grand Final.

Neil signed with defending two-time NSL champions Loughborough Lightning in September 2024.

From an international perspective, she was named in the England Netball U17 National Academy in 2017 before enjoying back-to-back victories at the Europe Netball Open and Europe Netball U21 Championships in 2019.

Neil earned her first senior international cap for the Vitality Roses in 2023 against New Zealand in the Taini Jamison Series and was also part of the squad who won the series in 2024.

She has also competed in international events including the Vitality Netball Nations Cup in 2024 and 2025 and the FAST5 Netball World Series.
