Don't worry, we've got another week full of exciting content at the Virtual Netball Club for England Netball members!Booking is open for upcoming adult Match FIIT sessions (Mondays) and junior netball training (Wednesdays), led by our expert coaches.There’s also unlimited access to lots of pre-recorded sessions already available, including strength and conditioning workouts giving you the opportunity to train like and with a Vitality Rose, and ten junior training sessions for U11s with England Netball ambassador Sasha Corbin.With the Vitality Roses back in training last week, we asked Yasmin Parsons to film a special video diary of her time in camp so you can see what the team has been getting up to.
