Team Management How-to’s

The access levels can be viewed here.

Please follow these instructions, in order to remove players from a team:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click on the team (Located in the second column)
  6. Select circle next to player
  7. Click ‘Remove’

An individual can only be assigned the role at a team level, if they hold the role at an organisation level.

Multiple committee members including the ENgage assigned secretary and chairperson can follow these instructions, in order to add a team role:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click on the team (Located in the second column)
  6. Select the ‘Team Roles’ tab
  7. Click ‘Add’
  8. In the ‘Select Individual’ field, enter the name of the individual
  9. Select the magnifying glass icon
  10. Click on the correct person
  11. Select ‘Save’

Please follow these instructions, if you wish to archive a particular team within your club on ENgage:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click the circle next to the team name
  6. Press ‘Archive’

 

Please follow these instructions, in order to add a team:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click ‘New’
  6. Select the team type and gender of the team
  7. Enter the team name and min and max age in the required fields
  8. Click on the small disc icon to save
  9. Select ‘Teams’ again
  10. Click on the team (Located in the second column)
  11. Select ‘Add Player’
  12. Enter the individuals name
  13. Select the magnifying glass icon
  14. Click on the correct person
  15. Select ‘Save’

Repeat steps 11-15 for all players wanted in the team.

 

Please follow these instructions, in order to view the details for fixtures in relation to a particular team:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click the circle next to the team name
  6. Press ‘View Fixtures’

 

Please follow these instructions, in order to email your team players:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click on the team (Located in the second column)
  6. Select the tick icon (Next to the ENA ID column)
  7. Press ‘Select all’
  8. Select ‘Email’
  9. Type in the ‘Email Subject’ and the ‘Message Body’ fields
  10. Click ‘Send’

Please follow these instructions, in order to amend the ages:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click the arrow on the same row of the team
  6. In the ‘Team details’ box, click the pencil icon
  7. Change the min/max age fields as required
  8. Click on the floppy disk icon

Multiple ENgage assigned club committe roles including the chair and secretary can amend team names by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Teams’
  5. Click the downward-facing arrow on a row
  6. Select the pencil icon
  7. Enter the new team name

Repeat for each team
