Please follow these instructions, in order to remove players from a team:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click on the team (Located in the second column)
- Select circle next to player
- Click ‘Remove’
An individual can only be assigned the role at a team level, if they hold the role at an organisation level.
Multiple committee members including the ENgage assigned secretary and chairperson can follow these instructions, in order to add a team role:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click on the team (Located in the second column)
- Select the ‘Team Roles’ tab
- Click ‘Add’
- In the ‘Select Individual’ field, enter the name of the individual
- Select the magnifying glass icon
- Click on the correct person
- Select ‘Save’
Please follow these instructions, if you wish to archive a particular team within your club on ENgage:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click the circle next to the team name
- Press ‘Archive’
Please follow these instructions, in order to add a team:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click ‘New’
- Select the team type and gender of the team
- Enter the team name and min and max age in the required fields
- Click on the small disc icon to save
- Select ‘Teams’ again
- Click on the team (Located in the second column)
- Select ‘Add Player’
- Enter the individuals name
- Select the magnifying glass icon
- Click on the correct person
- Select ‘Save’
Repeat steps 11-15 for all players wanted in the team.
Please follow these instructions, in order to view the details for fixtures in relation to a particular team:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click the circle next to the team name
- Press ‘View Fixtures’
Please follow these instructions, in order to email your team players:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click on the team (Located in the second column)
- Select the tick icon (Next to the ENA ID column)
- Press ‘Select all’
- Select ‘Email’
- Type in the ‘Email Subject’ and the ‘Message Body’ fields
- Click ‘Send’
Please follow these instructions, in order to amend the ages:
- Log into ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click the arrow on the same row of the team
- In the ‘Team details’ box, click the pencil icon
- Change the min/max age fields as required
- Click on the floppy disk icon
Multiple ENgage assigned club committe roles including the chair and secretary can amend team names by following these instructions:
- Log in to ENgage
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
- In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select ‘Team Management’
- Select ‘Teams’
- Click the downward-facing arrow on a row
- Select the pencil icon
- Enter the new team name
Repeat for each team
