In the People section of ENgage, you can check who has purchased the England Netball fee for the current membership year, regardless of whether they have purchased it as part of a club membership or not. ​To view who within your organisation directory has paid the full England Netball fee for the current season, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club’s name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select People
  4. Click Everyone from the menu on the left-hand side
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  7. Select EN Member
  8. From the first dropdown under EN Member, select Equal to
  9. From the second dropdown under Equal to, select Yes
  10. Click on the small white plus sign (+)
  11. Select Player
  12. In the first dropdown list, select Equal to
  13. In the second dropdown list, select Yes
  14. Click Apply

 

If you want to view who has purchased a club membership, you would need to view the membership list by following these steps:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club’s name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Members
  4. Click Membership list from the menu on the left-hand side

If there are not as many club members displayed as you would expect or none, there are two ways to resolve this, depending on how you have set up club membership packages:
(1) If your club membership packages are not set for public purchase, you will need to process all wanted players a club membership order (they need their account to be linked to your club first). If you have a club of mixed ages, please click here and if you have an adult-only club, please click here. Please note, any duplicate county, region and England Netball fees from the first order (if one has been placed) will be discounted automatically at the checkout stage so only the difference will be due (if any).
(2) If the club membership packages are set to be publicly available, you can request your players to process a club membership by following this guidance (they need their account to be linked to your club directory first).

Yes, this fee isn’t controlled or levied by England Netball; in fact, England Netball is also liable to pay this fee. For more information on the fee, click here.

Please fill in our contact form, including the following information:

  • Your club reference number
  • Your club’s current name
  • New name that you wish it to be referred to, moving forwards

To retrieve your club’s unique reference number, please view these simple instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. Your club reference number is displayed top banner as an Org Ref

To check this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisation Profile
  4. Click Relationships from the left-hand side menu

Here you will see which county or counties your club has a direct relationship with and which is marked as your club’s Primary County.

Regions won’t be listed here, as they have a direct relationship with the county and not the club itself.

To do this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisation Profile
  4. Click Relationships from the left-hand side menu
  5. Select the New button
  6. Enter the name of the county into the Organisation Name field (Note, any counties that use North, South, East or West will state this after the county name i.e. West Yorkshire will be Yorkshire West)
    Click ‘Search’
  7. Select the county you wish to have a relationship with
  8. Select the relationship type being ‘parent’ to the club
  9. Select Save Relationship

Rather than the league committee administering the results of the match within the competition tool, the league may choose for team to enter match results.

No, you only need to add the county organisation/s that you have a direct relationship with. The counties will have a direct relationship with their respective regions, which you will then have an indirect relationship with, by default.

The People section of ENgage displays the full directory of people that have a current or historical relationship with your club or are related to individuals within your club i.e. parent/guardian.

Individuals that are displayed in the Members sections, under Membership list, with an Active status, all hold active personal memberships with your club.

To clean up your clubs People section, you can remove person/s by following these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select People
  4. Click Everyone from the left hand side menu
  5. Select the circle next to the individual/s that you no longer wish to include in your club directory
  6. Click More
  7. Select Remove From Club

The way to differentiate is that the People section of ENgage displays the full directory of people that have a current or historical relationship with your club or are related to individuals within your club i.e. parent/guardian.

Whereas, in the Members section, you can view individuals that have purchased an active personal membership with your club, as well as any pending, scheduled and lapsed members.

  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Members
  4. Select the Membership list button from the left-hand side menu

This is simple and can be completed by following these steps:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select People
  4. Select Everyone
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign +
  7. Select the criteria you wish to search by
  8. Click Apply

ENgage cannot release membership packages for sale without you completing this process, therefore, players will not be able to complete a membership purchase. We do not request the long card number or CVV number so that you can rest assured that no funds can be taken from the card used.

In order to link a child and parent account, both must be linked to your club first.

Once they are both included in the club directory, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select People
  4. Select Everyone
  5. Click on the small white funnel icon to the right-hand side of your screen
  6. Click on the small white plus sign +
  7. Select ENA ID
  8. Enter the parent’s ENA ID in the ENA ID field
  9. Select the circle to the left of their name
  10. Enter the child’s ENA ID in the ENA ID field
  11. Select the circle to the left of their name
  12. Click More
  13. Click Add relationship
  14. Select the relationship type from the drop-down list
  15. Click Save

You can request to join a league by following these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Team Management
  4. Select Join a league
  5. Enter the name of the league in the Name field
  6. Select the magnifying glass icon
  7. Click on the wanted league
  8. Select the tickbox/s of the team/s you want to be linked to the league
  9. Select Save

If the league accepts your request, you will be notified through an automatic email.

Please ensure that you have entered your teams in the team management section of ENgage (guidance here) and are associated to your league/s on ENgage (guidance here)

The league will then be able to check your player’s membership through their league directory.

To check whether your club has been invited to join a league, please follow these instructions:

    1. Log into ENgage
    2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
    3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Team Management
  1. Select Invitation
  2. Click the down-facing arrow to view details of the invitation
