Club Set-Up Checklist

Once a club has been set up by one of our customer service team, please click on the arrows for guidance on how to enable full functionality in ENgage!

In order for your club to be displayed on our club finder, when users search by postcode, you need to enter your club address on ENgage. For guidance, click here.

As well as this, give individuals looking for a club a ‘feel’ of your netball club by adding a club description and club logo. To add contact details for your club and social media links, view the guidance here.

The mandatory committee roles (Secretary, Treasurer, Data protection lead, Chairperson, Safeguarding officer and Lead COVID officer) are required to be assigned on ENgage. Please request these individuals follow this guidance to link their ENgage account to your club directory then you can follow this guidance in order to allocate them to club committee roles. You can find out more about the various roles and access levels here.


In order for athletes to pay for their memberships, club bank details must be entered (even if no club fees are due). We do not request the long card number or CVV number, which means that no funds can be taken from the card used. Please follow this guidance.
