If you want to view who has purchased a club membership, you would need to view the membership list by following these steps:

  1. Log into ENgage

  4. Click Membership list from the menu on the left-hand side

If there are not as many club members displayed as you would expect or none, there are two ways to resolve this, depending on how you have set up club membership packages:
(1) If your club membership packages are not set for public purchase, you will need to process all wanted players a club membership order (they need their account to be linked to your club first). If you have a club of mixed ages, please click here and if you have an adult-only club, please click here. Please note, any duplicate county, region and England Netball fees from the first order (if one has been placed) will be discounted automatically at the checkout stage so only the difference will be due (if any).
(2) If the club membership packages are set to be publically available, you can request your players to process a club membership by following this guidance (they need their account to be linked to your club directory first).

For guidance, including how to add multiple counties into your membership package, please contact the Customer Experience team here.

The individuals that are displayed within the future members tab of an organisation’s members section (these will be visible when the below steps are followed), are those who have purchased a 21-22 membership before 01/09/21. However, from 01/09/21, their records will be automatically moved to the membership list section.

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left, select Directory
  3. Click on the small white plus sign +
  4. Select the needed filter option/s to find the club
  5. Once the club is displayed within the grid, click onto the club’s name
  6. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left, select Members
  7. Click on the Future members tab

You can process and pay for a club membership for your players through ENgage (their ENgage account needs to be linked to your club directory first). Please note, if an individual already has a pending order within their account, you may not be able to purchase a club membership for him/her, in which case, the individual will be required to delete the pending order. The guidance for paying for bulk memberships is as below:

If there are any players that have newly joined your club this membership year, please request the players to follow this guidance. Once all players are linked to your club directory, please follow this guidance to buy club membership for adults, this guidance to renew club membership for child players and this guidance to buy membership for junior players that are new to your club for the 21-22 membership year.

We no longer charge 2nd claim fees. Individuals simply buy membership at the club/s that they wish to be a part of. The England Netball fee and any county and region fees paid in their first order will be automatically deducted on their 2nd order so that they will never pay the same fee more than once.

The option of BACS payment was only available as a payment method up until 31/10/19. We can now only accept payment for memberships by online card or direct debit.

The product function is commonly used for aspects such as kit and equipment. For guidance on how to create a product in ENgage, follow these instructions:
