The below FAQs have all the how-to knowledge!
Please follow these instructions:
- Log into ENgage
- Select the ‘Personal details’ button
- Click on the ‘Summary’ button, located on the left-hand menu
- Select the pen icon that is located in the ‘My Organisations’ box
- When the left-hand pop up is displayed, click on the club that you require to be your primary club
Your selection will be saved automatically.
Please note, ENgage functionality is designed for use on computer and laptop devices only. Therefore, please refrain from using ENgage on a mobile phone or tablet device.
To amend your registered ENgage contact details, please follow these steps:
- Log into ENgage
- Click on the ‘Personal Details’ button
- Select ‘Details’ on the left-hand side menu
- Within the box that you wish to edit, click on the pencil icon
- Edit the required information
- Click on the small disc icon to save
To amend a name, you will need to complete our contact form and attach a scan or photograph of official documentation, to evidence the change.

If you wish to remove your account from an organisation’s directory, please request this by completing our contact form. Alternatively, you can contact the organisation’s admin to request that they remove your account from their directory. You can view our full data privacy policy here.

- Within the ‘Home Address (Default)’ box, click on the pencil icon
- Edit the required information
- Click on the small disc icon to save
