Netball going through net

As per last week’s update, we have made a number of improvements over the past two weeks which we believe have resolved the majority of performance issues.

However, there are still a few isolated issues that we are aware of and are continuing to work through, so thank you to those of you who have been extremely patient as we try to support as many people as possible to return to court.

In light of the above, we are pleased to say that we have extended the agreed grace period with our insurance broker Howden to ensure that netballers can return safely to court throughout September.

All players and volunteers (including qualified coaches and officials) who purchase their 2021/22 membership by 23:59 on 30 September 2021 will be covered by England Netball’s programme of insurance from 1 September 2021 for their participation in recognised and authorised netball activity.

Our brilliant team of Netball Development Officers and Coaches, Regional Coordinators and Customer Experience agents have been working round the clock to try and help as many members and registered clubs and leagues as they can, so we ask that you continue to bear with them while they work through your questions.

In the meantime, you can find guides and answers to common ENgage questions in our Help Centre here: https://englandnetball.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/categories/4403684146450-MEMBERSHIP
