Managing your league with ENgage

ENgage is our online netball management system that will save you time administering your league. You’ll be able to quickly invite clubs, manage club join requests, add fixtures plus much more!

If you need any help along the way, please check out our FAQs, below!

In order to assist you with managing your league, our free competition tool on ENgage will help you to complete multiple tasks easily, such as checking athletes membership status and adding and editing fixtures.

To invite a club to join your league, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your organization’s name
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Invite a club’
  5. Enter the name of the club in the ‘Name’ field
  6. Select the magnifying glass icon
  7. Click on the club that you wish to invite
  8. Select ‘Save’

If the clubs accepts your invite, you will be notified through an automatic email.

Please note, ENgage functionality is designed for use on computer and laptop devices only. Therefore, please refrain from using ENgage on a mobile phone or tablet device.

This is likely because at the point of the club accepting your league invitation, they did not select which team/s that they wanted to make visible to your league.

To correct this, please send a second invitation to the club by following FAQ 2.

The club then need to follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to the club’s name
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Invitation’
  5. Click the down-facing arrow to find your league invitation
  6. Select the small circle to the right of the subject column
  7. Select the ‘Approve’ button
  8. In the pop-up, under the ‘Teams’ section, select the tickbox/s of the team/s you want to be visible to the league
  9. Select ‘Save’

Your league committee will receive an auto-email when a club accepts your invite.

  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your organization’s name
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Invitations’

Secondly, the use of ENgage is only supported on the following internet browsers:

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • oneSafari
  • Edge

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, so please use one of the above browsers, instead.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your organization’s name
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Applications’
  5. Click on the circle next to the club
  6. Select the ‘Approve’ button or ‘Reject’ button

If you accept the clubs request to join your league, the club committee will be notified through an automatic email.

Once a club has entered their team/s information on the ENgage Team management section, you will then be able to check their player’s membership through the team management section of your ENgage league directory.

Our new document download feature means that you can upload a document, that will automatically cascade to all committee roles that are associated with your organisation i.e. an associated club can see your documents.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your organization’s name
  3. Click ‘Organisation Profile’
  4. Select ‘Document Downloads’
  5. Click ‘New’
  6. In the document reference field, enter a title for the file
  7. Click ‘Select’
  8. Double click on the wanted file
  9. Select ‘Upload’

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your league’s name
  3. Click ‘Organisation Profile’
  4. Select ‘Relationships’ on the left hand side menu
  5. Select the funnel symbol
  6. Select +
  7. Select ‘Organisation type’ is one of ‘team’

You can also look in the Team Management section:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail next to your league’s name

  4. Select ‘Teams’ on the left hand side menu
