England Netball has today shared a new pathway philosophy and principles as part of the Roses Development Framework.

The framework, which was originally launched in 2019, provides guidance for everyone with a part to play in developing the next generation of talented netballers. Today’s update sees England Netball set out an explicit philosophy and vision for the national player pathway, encouraging players and coaches to Learn the Game, Love the Journey and to Win Deep.

England Netball’s Performance Director David Parsons said: “I am delighted to be able to share this new philosophy within the Roses Development Framework today. Our goal is to produce gold medal winning Vitality Roses teams and to do that we need to continue to strengthen our player pathway throughout the country.”
