Netball Now is flexible, energetic and relaxed.

It is a simple and comfortable way to play netball. Netball Now is not a coached session or a competition led by regulations and scores recorded. It is simply a session where you turn up, pay a small fee and play netball!

There will be time for you to warm up before you hit the court and during the session you will be able to try various playing positions and, in some cases, even have a go at umpiring. At the end of the session, we will also give you time to cool down to prevent any aches and pains from kicking in.

It is important that you know and appreciate there is no coaching at these sessions. If you do want to be coached, you might want to try your local club or a Back to Netball session.

Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme, allowing women the opportunity to find their place in the sport. It’s netball, but at a walking pace where the rules are slightly tweaked.

Usually held indoors, there are over 200 programmes running across the country all year round. Since its inception, more than 37,000 women have gotten involved in their local communities. Sessions are run by specially trained Walking Netball Hosts who run the activities and join in with all the fun and laughter!

It’s an experience; a one-of-a-kind programme that gives access to a whole world of connection, laughter and fun. You can pay and play for a single session and see how you like it – no long-term commitment is required.
