It is likely that you have purchased the correct age banded packages but you are unaware that you fall into an age-band in-line with your age on 1st September 2020, as follows:
O18 – 19 years and over on 01/09/2020
U18 – 15 to 18 years old on 01/09/2020
U14 – 12 to 14 years old on 01/09/2020
U11 – 11 years old and under on 01/09/2020
If you have checked the above age banding formulae and can confirm that you have bought an incorrectly age banded membership package, please complete our contact form so that our customer service team can rectify this.
