National Schools Competition Update

The prestigious National Schools Competition is one of the biggest and most contested netball competitions in England.

Each year around 1,500 teams up and down the country take part across three age groups, thanks to the hard work and support of volunteers in the counties and regions, as well as our partners The British Army.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Government restrictions, the competition was unable to run during the 2020/21 academic year with the health and safety of the Netball Family being our number one priority.

With the National Schools Competition offering much more than just physical benefits for all those involved, we’re looking forward to its return and are confident of the first stages of the competition starting in September 2021 subject to Government guidance and restrictions at the time.

After a challenging 12 months, we’re hoping that the 2021/22 academic year will see us stage the biggest and best competition yet.

For more information, schools should contact their local organiser.
