Biography

Sasha Glasgow has been selected for the Vitality Roses for the first time for 2023-24 having made herself available to the English programme.

Having put together really solid back-to-back seasons with reigning SSN champions West Coast Fever, it’s exciting to know that our programme and the Roses are attracting the world’s best players. We look forward to seeing how we can further support Sasha’s game and aspirations to play internationally in the red dress and have no doubt she will add huge value to the environment” – Jess Thirlby on Sasha Glasgow

Glasgow started her Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) journey as a training partner for Adelaide Thunderbirds in 2017. She spent four seasons with the club where she scored 503 goals over 32 games.

She left South Australia in search of more court minutes and seized that opportunity in the west after joining West Coast Fever in October 2020. The attacking talent continues to go from strength to strength, and she capped off an impressive 2022 campaign by being named the Grand Final MVP in West Coast Fever’s maiden Super Netball premiership.

She was previously selected into both the 2020/21 and 2021/22 Australian Development squad.

On 24 September 2023, Glasgow made her debut for the Vitality Roses against the New Zealand Silver Ferns in the Taini Jamison Trophy.
