Requirements

〉 Each participant must register to be a personal member of your club and pay the following price, for the period ending 31st August 2020:

Up to 11 years old – £5.30

12-14 years old – £8.55

15-18 years old – £16.30

The deets for Club Committee

Requirements

〉 Each club is required to have the following 5 Committee roles allocated on our netball management system, ENgage, as a minimum:

Chairperson
Secretary
Treasurer
Safeguarding Officer
Data protection Lead

It is possible for an individual to have more than one of these roles, providing there are at least 3 different people within the 5 roles.

To uphold good financial governance, the chairperson role and the treasurer role must be allocated to different people. Also, the safeguarding officer and the secretary must both be age 19 years or older on 1st September of the membership year.

〉 All individuals holding a committee role, must at the minimum, purchase a social and supporting membership, in order to validate the club’s programme of insurance.
