ENgage League Management

ENgage is our online netball management system that will save you time administering your league. You’ll be able to quickly invite clubs, manage club join requests, add fixtures plus much more!

In order to assist you with managing your league, our free competition tool on ENgage will help you to complete multiple tasks easily, such as checking athletes membership status and adding and editing fixtures.

To invite a club to join your league, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail of the organisation
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Invite a club’
  5. Enter the name of the club in the ‘Name’ field
  6. Select the magnifying glass icon
  7. Click on the club that you wish to invite
  8. Select ‘Save’

If the clubs accepts your invite, you will be notified through an automatic email.

Your league committee will receive an auto-email when a club accepts your invite.

This is really simple to do. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail of the organisation
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Invitations’

This may be due to one of the following factors.

Firstly, ENgage functionality is designed for use on computers and laptop devices. Therefore, please refrain from using ENgage on a mobile phone or tablet device.

Secondly, the use of ENgage is only supported on the following internet browsers:

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • oneSafari
  • Edge

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, so please use one of the above browsers, instead.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail of the organisation
  3. Click ‘Team Management’
  4. Select ‘Applications’
  5. Click on the circle next to the club
  6. Select the ‘Approve’ button or ‘Reject’ button

If you accept the clubs request to join your league, the club committee will be notified through an automatic email.

If you assign a role to someone else on ENgage, it will automatically remove the role from the predecessor. You can find out how to edit an assigned role here.

If the role is not being filled by another individual and you wish to remove the current post holder, you will need to follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to ENgage
  2. In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the thumbnail of the organisation
  3. Select ‘People’
  4. Click ‘Everyone’
  5. Double click on the post-holders name
  6. Select ‘Roles’ from the left-hand side menu
  7. Select the circle next to the particular role
  8. Click the ‘Delete’ button

Each committee role has access to view and edit the sections of the system that is required by the post holder, governed by the role. You can find out more about league roles and access levels here.

The club will need to email you screenshots of their membership list. If they are unsure how to do this, please request them to follow the simple instructions here.
