How to buy Membership Packages or Products

This is due to your account not being linked to an organisation. Please follow these instructions to link your account to an organisation and buy a membership:

  1. Log in to your ENgage account
  2. Click the Add button in the My Organisations section of your profile
  3. Enter the organisation’s name
  4. Click the Search button
  5. Select the organisation by clicking on the ✔ icon
  6. Click the Buy Membership* button
  7. Click Add to Basket for the membership you wish to purchase (Note: Ensure that the selected membership package year is 21-22 if you require membership from 1st September 2021)
  8. Select Checkout
  9. View and tick any waivers relating to the order
  10. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
  11. Check the Payment Method details are correct
  12. Select Pay now
  13. Enter your payment details

*Please note, if your account is linked to an organisation but the Buy Membership button is not available, this is due to the organisation not releasing membership publically, therefore, please contact the committee regarding allocating you a membership.

Please follow these instructions to link your account to a club and buy a membership:

  1. Log in to your ENgage account
  2. Click the Add button in the My Organisations section of your profile
  3. Enter the club’s name
  4. Click the Search button
  5. Select the organisation by clicking on the ✔ icon
  6. Click the Buy Membership* button
  7. Click Add to Basket for the membership you wish to purchase (Note: Ensure that the selected membership package year is 21-22 if you require membership from 1st September 2021)
  8. Select Checkout
  9. View and tick any waivers relating to the order
  10. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
  11. Check the Payment Method details are correct
  12. Select Pay now
  13. Enter your payment details

Please complete our contact form to request that a social and supporting membership is processed within your account.

Please note, the social and supporting membership package is not suitable for individuals that are situated on the court.

Currently, you can only pay online using a debit or credit card.

The option of BACS payment was only available as a payment method up until 31/10/19. We can now only accept payment for memberships by online card or direct debit.

Individuals can only play with their club once the direct debit has settled, whereby, you will be notified by an auto-email confirming this.

Please note, the payment is normally debited 3 days after or longer.

Clubs may offer products for purchase on ENgage for commonly needed items such as kit and equipment. Please ensure your account is linked to the club then follow these instructions for guidance on how to purchase a product in ENgage:

  1. Log in to your ENgage account
  2. In the My Organisation section of your profile select the Buy Product button, for the club
  3. Click Add to Basket for the product(s) you wish to purchase
  4. Select Checkout
  5. View and Tick any waivers relating to the order
  6. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
  7. Check the Payment Method details are correct
  8. Select Pay now
  9. Enter your payment details

This indicates that a membership/product has been processed but you are yet to pay for it.

To pay for a pending order, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the user menu in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Select Orders from the menu
  3. Click on the order reference
  4. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
  5. Check the Payment Method details are correct
  6. Select Pay now
  7. Enter your card details

The club should have created the membership packages you require with the relevant county memberships. When completing the membership purchase you need to make sure you select the correct membership for what you need. If you have already purchased a membership and need to top up to include a second county you can either purchase the membership with you club that includes the county you need or you can purchase a membership diectly with the county. To purchase a membership package directly with a county, you will firstly need to ensure you are linked to the county in ENgage. Once complete, please follow these instructions to buy a membership with the county (and consequently the region as they are automatically linked):

  1. Log in to your ENgage account
  2. In the My Organisation section of your profile, select the Buy Membership button for the county
  3. Click Add to Basket for the membership you wish to purchase
    Note: Ensure that the selected membership package year is 21-22 if you require membership from 1st September 2021
  4. Select Checkout
  5. View and tick any waivers relating to the order
  6. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
  7. Check the Payment Method details are correct
  8. Select Pay now
  9. Enter your payment details

Any duplicate region and England Netball fees from the first order will be discounted automatically at the checkout stage so you will only pay the difference (if any).

Please contact the club to let them know. This error message normally occurs due to no club bank details being entered in ENgage, therefore, the system cannot accept the payment.
