This prize draw is open to all England Netball and Vitality members based in the UK and if aged 18 or under must have permission from an adult to enter. Employees of England Netball and their families, or anyone connected or involved in the administration of the prize draw are excluded from the participation (“Eligible Participants”).
To participate in this competition entrants must submit their videos to the dropbox link by the closing date and time, following the filming guidelines.
By entering this competition, the Eligible Participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize draw will run until Friday 22nd January 2021 at 5pm (the “Prize Draw Period”). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Maximum of one entry per Eligible Participant. Multiple entries from the same Eligible Participants will account for one entry only.
The prize is for your submitted video to feature on the fan wall at the Vitality Netball Legend Series, this may mean your video features on Sky Sports channels during broadcast.
All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw with the winners selected at random by an England Netball representative. Not all entries are guaranteed to feature on the Vitality Fan Wall.
The winner will not be notified via England netball if they are selected to be included in the Fan wall during the netball series.
In the event that the winner no longer wants to feature on the wall following the close of entries the entrant must contact England Netball at kelsey.smith@englandnetball.co.uk to withdraw from the competition within 24 hours of the prize draw closing.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
England Netball reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value, in the event the prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond England Netball’s reasonable control.
England Netball, Vitality and Sky sports have the right to use the winner’s videos in post promotion publicity, including but not limited to, on England Netball’s, Vitality’s and Sky Sport’s websites, Facebook pages, Twitter channels, Instagram channels and other marketing communications.
All decisions made by England Netball over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that England Netball is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with your use of the prize.
When entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that your name and email address (the “Personal Data”) will have been made available to England Netball and its affiliates for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of the winner will be held and used for the purposes of the prize draw by England Netball in accordance with England Netball’s privacy policy (https://www.englandnetball.co.uk/privacypolicy/.) and the Data Protection Act 1998.
Personal Data will only be shared if you have opted in to receive marketing material from our partners.
England Netball reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on the provision of written notice.
