Prize Draw Dates: Enter between Monday 13th January 2020 and Friday 17th January 2020 (the “Closing Date”).

Entry: Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Enter by completing in full the form at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/JYBJN6Y within the Prize Draw Dates prior to the Closing Date. You can only enter the Prize Draw once.
Details For Entry: Entrants will need to provide their name and email address, along with the child’s. The child must be aged 7 – 11 and must be an England Netball member. The winning entrants will be drawn at random on the Draw Date from all fully completed entries.
Draw Date: Friday 17th January 2020.
Prize: A mascot place for England, South Africa, New Zealand or Jamaica at match day three of the Vitality Netball Nations Cup, Wednesday 22 January, Arena Birmingham. There are two mascot places available for each match. Selections will be drawn at random. The winning mascots will also win a ticket to the match. Each mascot must be accompanied by an adult who will receive a complimentary ticket. They must also bring non-marking footwear and arrive 1.5 hours before centre pass (16:00 on Wednesday 22nd January). The Prize does not include any travel or other hospitality.
1. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees of England Netball, or any of their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. England Netball reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. England Netball may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless England Netball is satisfied with the verification.
2. There is no entry fee to this competition.
3. To participate in this competition, entrants need to enter their full details in the form on the competition page.
4. By entering this competition, the Eligible Participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address they provide upon registration and entry are valid and correct.
6. Maximum of one entry per Eligible Participant. Multiple entries from the same Eligible Participants will account for one entry only.
7. The Prize Draw runs during the Prize Draw Dates until the specified Closing Date. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
8. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this Prize Draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
9. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified within a reasonable time after the Draw Date or any subsequent draw by email.
10. The winners will be selected at random to mascot either England, South Africa, New Zealand or Jamaica.
11. In the event that a winner refuses or for whatever reason cannot accept the prize, or if England Netball is unable to make contact with a winner within 48 hours of the initial ‘winning’ notification, England Netball reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
12. In accordance with our standard terms and conditions of ticket sale, tickets are non-refundable, however should the winning entrant(s) already be in possession of ticket(s) for the aforementioned event(s) then he/she can gift them to a friend/family member or re-sell to a friend/family member providing they are not sold in excess of the face value. Tickets discovered to be resold for a profit will be cancelled without refund. Please refer to England Netball’s terms and condition of ticket sale for full terms.
13. The winners and any companions will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue and all other expenses. England Netball assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Prize. Any additional terms of entry specified by the venue will also apply.
14. By entering this competition you consent to your child(s) being filmed, photographed or audio recorded for the purposes of broadcast and for use in future England Netball marketing materials.
15. England Netball reserves the right to substitute a Prize of similar value should the specified Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The Prize is not transferable. Events may occasionally be cancelled for reasons outside England Netball’s control. England Netball will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of any event.
16. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Prize Draw, including the allocation of more Prizes than are available, England Netball reserves the right to end or suspend the Prize Draw; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available Prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
18. England Netball has the right to use the winners’ details in post promotion publicity, including but not limited to, on England Netball’s website, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram and other marketing communications.
19. All decisions made by England Netball over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. By entering the prize draw, you agree that England Netball is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with your use of the prize.
21. When entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that your name and email address (the “Personal Data”) will have been made available to England Netball and its affiliates for administrative purposes. All Personal Data of the winners will be held and used for the purposes of the prize draw by England Netball in accordance with England Netball’s privacy policy (which can be found here: https://www.englandnetball.co.uk/privacypolicy/.) and the Data Protection Act 1998. For the purpose of administering the ticket allocation, England Netball reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding tickets and applications with third party ticket providers.
22. England Netball reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the competition subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
