Location: Warwick University with domestic travel

Hours: Part Time

Various Tuesdays between 10 October 2023 to @ 30 April 2024 plus match days

Remuneration dependant on experience Travel expenses will also be covered.

Job Descriptions:

 

These are exciting opportunities for 3 passionate performance coaches looking to contribute to the growth of our future Roses. The roles are for those with experience in coaching talented young athletes, to be able to support them in the pathway to reach their potential, as well as ensuring we are creating the optimal learning environment.

We are looking for coaches who seek first to understand the athlete as a person, has drive, and be able to adapt their approach to get the best from our athletes.

 

The roles include:

  • Planning and delivering the annual training programme at training that is engaging with an individual’s development focus.
  • Attending training session and camps and NPL events.
  • Supporting and contributing to the development of Individual Performance plans.
  • Working collaboratively with Central Warriors Coaching and Strength and Conditioning team.
  • Contributing positively to the Central Warriors environment and culture.
  • Ensuring that coaching is aligned to the Roses Way and the Roses Development Framework coaching philosophy.
