England Netball to work with Blue Light Card

England Netball will work with Blue Light Card to offer tickets to live netball events to NHS emergency service personnel.

England Netball is working with Blue Light Card to provide NHS and emergency workers with exclusive opportunities to watch live netball.

Blue Light Card is the UK’s number one discount service for the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and the armed forces, providing over 2.8 million people with access to free tickets and discounts across a range of areas as a way of saying thank you for helping people every day.

To help key workers unwind from their day-to-day work, we will be donating a number of tickets for each of our upcoming events, starting with the Vitality Roses’ upcoming series against Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls in January 2023.

Sam Boyden, Ticketing Manager at England Netball, says: “The NHS and our emergency services work tirelessly to help those in need and in 2020, they went above and beyond to support people during the pandemic.

“We are proud to be offering Blue Light Card members this exclusive offer to come and watch some world-class netball – just a small way of saying thank you for their selfless public service.”

Tom Dalby, CEO of Blue Light Card, added: “Like many sports, netball was majorly affected by the pandemic. As we’re now back to normality, we’re delighted that England Netball is working with us to show their support and appreciation for the Blue Light community – those who have given so much during the past couple of years and those who continue to go above and beyond to keep our communities healthy, safe and supported.
