Additional Functions in ENgage

If you have an ENgage account linked to your child’s, please follow this guidance:

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. In the My Family section on your profile, select the three vertical dots next to your child’s record
  3. From the options, select Edit Details
  4. Select the pencil icon or + to edit/add the details you wish to change

You are unable to change his/her name or date of birth through self-service. Therefore, please complete our contact form with a scan or photograph attached of official documentation of him/her, to evidence the change.

If your child leaves a club and you wish to remove his/her/your account from their directory, please request this by completing our contact form. Alternatively, you can contact the club admin to request that they remove the account. You can view our full data privacy policy here.
