Accessing ENgage

.

It sounds like either you or your child is already registered within the England Netball directory.

Please complete our contact form so that one of our customer experience team can advise on how to proceed.

If you already have an ENgage account, then you can add a youth account to your existing one by following the guidance below,

  1. Log into ENgage
  2. Under the My Family section, select Add
  3. Enter your child’s credentials
  4. Select the relationship type from the dropdown list
  5. Select Save

If you have an ENgage account linked to your child’s, log into your own account and you can view details of your child’s account in the My Family section.

If you do not have an ENgage account linked to your child’s, please check old membership emails, as his/her ENA ID may be included in the email body. If you still can not find it, please complete our contact form so that one of our friendly customer experience team members can help.

This has likely occurred due to your child’s ENgage account not having an email address registered to it. Therefore, the password re-set email can not be triggered.

Please note, you can access your child’s account through your own, therefore, you do not need to log directly into his/her account.

Firstly, when entering your ENA ID, make sure you don’t include any zeros as a prefix and don’t forget to check your junk and spam folders for an email from noreply@first-sports.com

If you have now found the email but the password re-set link has expired, click here for another one to be triggered.

If you still can’t find the email, please complete our contact form so that one of our customer experience team can help.

Please complete our checklist on how to create an account and buy him/her a membership.

We take data privacy seriously. The ENgage system is designed to effectively facilitate your netball participation. The system is used by England Netball, clubs, counties, regions and leagues to manage the data of individuals involved in their delivery and the parents of these individuals where applicable. If you join a club’s database, your record can be seen by certain committee members at 1) the club 2) the club’s County Netball Association (or Associations) 3) the club’s Regional Management Board (or Boards) and 4) England Netball, all for the purpose of netball administration. If your team joins a league, your record will also be available to certain committee members of the league, again for the purpose of netball administration. What this means is if your child would like to join a new netball club, you will need to link your accounts to the club within ENgage, to make your account visible to them. Please view the guidance here. (Note, joining a club on ENgage is not the same as becoming a member of the club, although the former does precede the latter). You can view our full data privacy policy here.

The use of ENgage is only supported on the following internet browsers:

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • Safari
  • Edge

Please ensure you are using a supported browser to ensure optimal performance.

This error message normally appears if you have had multiple failed attempts at logging in to ENgage or if your account holds an ‘Inactive’ status.

Please complete our contact form, so that a member of the customer experience team can help.

The ENA ID is what was previously known as an affiliation number. Please check old membership emails, as the ENA ID may be included in the email body. If found, you can then click here to trigger a password reset email.

*If you can not find his/her ENA ID or a password reset email is not being received, please complete our contact form so that one of our friendly customer experience team members can help.
