The Vitality Roses will travel to New Zealand in September to face the New Zealand Silver Ferns in a three-match international test series for the Taini Jamison Trophy.

The last time the Vitality Roses travelled to New Zealand was in September 2021 when the English team secured an historic series win, beating the Silver Ferns on their home soil for the very first time.

The full list of fixtures and timings for fans in the UK are as follows:

  • Sunday 24 September at Christchurch Arena, Christchurch: FCP 4am
  • Wednesday 27 September at Te Rauparaha Arena, Porirua: FCP 7.30am
  • Saturday 30 September at GLOBOX Arena, Hamilton: FCP 7.10am

England Netball Director of Performance David Parsons said: “Any time that you take on the Silver Ferns you know that you are in for a challenge. They’re the current World Champions for a reason and this Series presents the Roses with another opportunity to benchmark their progress against one of the best teams in the world.

“Memories of our two recent series in New Zealand are still relatively fresh, especially our historic series win in the 2021 Taini Jamison Trophy as well as our two encounters at last year’s Commonwealth Games. There’s been little to call between the two nations recently, and this series should prove to be another competitive one at the start of a new cycle after this summer’s Netball World Cup. We’re delighted to have been invited and can’t wait to go back.”

Exact timings along with broadcast details for UK viewers will be confirmed in due course.
