Sunshine Coast Lightning topped the ladder and, as minor premiers, have been rewarded with hosting rights of the major semi-final against Housby and Haythornthwaite’s NSW Swifts, who finished second.
The major semi-final determines who goes directly through to hosting the grand final.
The minor semi-final is an elimination match and will see the Melbourne Vixens and Mentor’s Collingwood Magpies go head-to-head.
The winner will face the loser of the major semi-final in the following week’s preliminary final to play off for a grand final spot.
