B2022 One Year to Go: Hear from Jade Clarke and Gabby Marshall at our Well HQ webinar

To mark one year to go to the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Vitality Roses Jade Clarke and Gabby Marshall will be talking about the elite athlete mindset with pioneering female health experts from The Well HQ.

How does it give high performers an edge, and when can it cause as much trouble as it creates success? What can we learn from those at the top of the game to help every player fulfil their potential, whether that’s in participation or on the podium?

Baz and Emma from The Well HQ will lead the discussion with Jade and Gabby, sharing their experiences and knowledge about the psychology of peak performance, and as always, looking through the female filter.
