Who will handle the pressure of the Mizuno Premier League Play-Offs?

One of the most nerve-inducing weekends of netball returns this weekend as 11 teams head to Ilford to face the gauntlet of the 2017/18 Mizuno Premier League Play-Offs.

Four places are up for grabs in Premier League 3 with Team Jets and TFC both battling to keep their position in the league and an extra place becoming available due to Chester’s expulsion from Premier League 2.

Team Jets are fighting to avoid back-to-back relegations after finishing in 10th place in Mizuno Premier League 2 in 2016/17.

Having been crowned East Midlands regional winners in 2016/17, TFC have struggled with the step up and now have a fight to retain their status in Premier League 3.

Nine regional winners will join Team Jets and TFC as Poly NC (London & South East), Eagles (South), Hi-Tech (Yorks & Humberside), YWCA Bury (North-West), Exeter (South-West), Charnwood (East Mids), Riverside (North-East), Thoroughbreds (East), and Parkside (West Mids) all aim to reach the Premier League.

Charnwood and Thoroughbreds are both looking for an immediate return to Premier League 3 having suffered relegation in 2016/17.

The action gets underway from 10:30am on Saturday 5th May at Redbridge Leisure Centre.
